Waitlist privacy notice

This explains what happens to the information you give us when you request early access on reggy.app. It covers the waitlist form only — not the reggy managed platform, which has its own separate policies.

Interim draft. This is a stopgap notice published to be transparent while the waitlist is live. It has not yet been reviewed by legal counsel and may change before launch. If anything here is unclear, contact us using the details below.

01Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is The Benjamins B.V., a company registered in the Netherlands (KVK 73699446, Johannes Vermeerstraat 63, 1071DN Amsterdam). The Benjamins B.V. operates reggy.app and decides how and why the information described here is processed.

02What we collect, and why

When you submit the waitlist form, we process:

Email address You type it into the form. To add you to the early-access list and email you once — when the beta opens.
Approximate country Cloudflare derives a two-letter country code from your connection. We do not collect your precise location. Coarse, aggregate understanding of where interest is coming from.
Browser user agent Sent automatically by your browser with the request. Basic debugging and abuse detection.

We also process, without storing it against your identity:

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies, and we do not sell or share your information for advertising.

We use a small number of service providers who process this data on our behalf:

05How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist details until the beta opens and for up to 12 months CONFIRM: retention window afterwards, or until you ask us to delete them — whichever comes first. After that we delete them. You can ask us to remove you at any time.

06Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or provide it in a portable form. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email [email protected] — the fastest route to being removed is simply to reply and ask.

We do not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you.

If you believe we have mishandled your data, you can complain to your local data protection authority. In the Netherlands this is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
